running ipsw and including bundles/Cydia.tar fails to create custom.ipsw. If only bundles/BootNeuter.tar is included, custom.ipsw is created successfully.
error: allocate error: success
firmware: iPhone1,1_2.0.1_5B108_Restore.ipsw

Apple has added 20MB worth of more stuff to their 2.0.1 rootfs dmg. On the default 500 MB partition, there is no longer enough room for both Cydia and anything else.
You have to specify a custom partition size for this to work. Due to an open bug, you cannot specify anything less than 700 MB. Try 700 MB as a custom rootfs size, though.
