[PATCH] fixes for newer firmware

Various patches:
a) sanity checks

b) silence valgrind
.patch .patch .patch
c) support for IsPlain key in FirmwareBundles/Info.plist
.patch
d) support for 256bit keys
.patch
e) support for firmware >= 7c144
.patch
The last patch will probably break compatibility with earlier firmware. "decryptLast" should really be made into a run-tim parameter. See http://www.theiphonewiki.com/wiki/index.php?title=Talk:Northstar_7D... for more info.
