need support in openig the ipsw file:

i have download the ispw file (9A405) to my desktop
right before the extrac is completed i get an error message; -
comfirm encryption loss!!! do you want to copy this folder without enryption?
A problem is preventing this folder from being encrypted. (firmware)
(yes) (skip) (cancel)
- i am not able to drag file or browse file to snowbreeze
window.
to unlock my phone
